Parking on the street in Preston Community Association
Posted on Jun 26th, 2017 Comments (0)
Dear Preston Community Association,
One of my duties as your Community Association Manager is to enforce the Rules and Regulations of your association (also known as the governing documents). One of the top complaints I receive from residents and that I encounter during my property inspections relates to on-street parking.
Preston Community Association has restrictions for on-street parking (which also apply to guests of residents of Preston Community Association ) which means during property inspections, if a car is parked in violation of the rules, homeowners will receive a notice.
Please see this enclosed summary of the PCA and local Municipal parking rules. Should you have any questions of concerns, you are welcome to contact the property manager at or attend a meeting of the Preston Community Association Board of Directors. The meeting schedule is on the PCA website.
Thank you.
